Getting Rebooked –In case of delayed or canceled flights, we assist in rebookings. Our team will be at your service to provide you seat confirmation in the next available flight to your destination with the same airline. The can use the previous confirmation number only for the fresh confirmations.

Cancellation of the Ticket for Personal Reasons – If you need to cancel your air-tickets due to some personal emergency leading to abandoning of the trip, You are required to get in touch with our representatives at the soonest possible time. The cancellation and refund charges may vary as per the specific airlines. We will get back to you with the best options available.

Refund Policy –In the case of bad weather conditions, air traffic problems or any mechanical glitches that leads to your flight not taking off, you are eligible for refund. You require to submit a refund request with us, and we will process your application as soon as possible.

However in case of a delayed flight and not canceling of the flight by the airline, you are still free to cancel your ticket. This would lead to penalty charges being charged.
