Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated the service on July 23, 2026, in a launch jointly organized by the Government of Maharashtra and India’s Ministry of Cooperation. Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol, Maharashtra Cooperation Minister Babasaheb Patil, and several other officials attended the ceremony.
