On Thursday, the Gulf airline also announced plans to introduce a daily flight service from Abu Dhabi to Kolkata beginning March 26, 2023, for a total of seven weekly nonstop flights to the City of Joy.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, from March 26, 2023, Cochin will have an extra 6 flights per week, for a total of 13 flights per week.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etihads_Expansion_in_India_and_Environmental_Initiatives\"><\/span><strong>Etihad&#8217;s Expansion in India and Environmental Initiatives<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>An extra daily service to Delhi and Mumbai will launch from April 24 of next year.<\/p>\n<p>The reintroduction of flights to Kolkata, as well as frequency increases on other routes, would dramatically boost Etihad&#8217;s footprint in India, from 77 to 118 weekly flights, according to the spokeswoman.<\/p>\n<p>Etihad clients may offset their trips with the airline&#8217;s green reward program when flying with the Environmental Airline of the Year.
