This airline provide several check in options to the travellers. You can check before 2 to 48 hours of the departure of flight. That time you must have boarding pass and payment receipt with you. There are three types of check in with Indigo Airline which are mentioned below:

Food and Beverages

• While booking your air tickets, you may pre-book your meal at that time or later add it online via website or contactwith the customer care.
• If you don’t want to book your pre-meal, on board you can purchasefood items as they are available in flights.
• If the flying time of the flight is less than 30, you can only pick tin cookies, bottle of water or packed juices.
• Proper food and beverages are available on those flights which fly more than 60 minutes.

Infants Policies

The policies of infants and kids are different from flights to flights. Here are some policies which give you some idea. Have a look!

• Kids whose age up to 24 months are not required to book their own seat as he/she can sit on the adult’s lap.
• You are not allowed to carry any baby seats or strollers in the flight.
• For infants you can’t book any extra seats.
• One infant is allowed with one adult on the lap.
• If the kids age is more than 2 years, in this case you can purchase ticket with any of the flight.

For unaccompanied minors:

Kids who are flying without any adult or parent are examine as unaccompanied minors. Most of the airlines help these infants in the arrival of the desired destination.

• This service is compulsory for childrenwhose age is from 5 to 11 years old.
• Kids whose age is more than 16 years can fly without any adult.

Requirements:

• All the unaccompaniedminors have to carry their photo identification via check-in procedure.
• The signature of the parent or guardian is very essential on the form.
• The form should also contain the name & phone number of the parent or guardian.

For senior citizen

The person who above the age of 60 years is come in the category of senior citizen. Airline provide 8% discounts to these passengers. They all have to carry any identity proof which consists Date of Birth. This will required at the time of check in procedure.

For Student

The students whose age is more than 12 years must have to carry valid student ID Card which will require in the check in procedure for verification. Airline provide 8% discounts on the base fare with 10 kg extra baggage allowance.
