Qatar Airways Baggage Allowance

Flights to and from Brazil:
All the passengers are allowed to carry 2 pieces which should limit the weight not more than 32kgs having dimensions 158cm.
Flights to and from all other destinations:
The first class and business class passengers are allowed to carry the baggage with the limit not exceeding 50kgs and dimension 300cm. Economy class is allowed top carry the baggage having the limit of about 30kgs having the dimension 300 cm.
The passengers are allowed to carry Liquids, Pastes, Gels in containers not exceeding 100ml.
The dimension should not cross 8*8 inch.
These kind of material is only allowed in transparent bags and must be presented for the visual examination.
From March 2017, Qatar Airways set a different policy regarding the allowance of electronic devices which includes prohibition on all the electrical devices on board. Smartphones and cellular phones are allowed.
Before travelling with your pets like cats and dogs, one must go through the pet allowance policy of Qatar Airways which includes:
If a passenger is carrying a service dog then it will be transferred to the cabin free of any charge or fee while travelling to a particular route.
Only service dogs and falcons will be allowed inside the cabin. Falcons are allowed only in economy class but have to be kept hooded for the entire journey.
Falcons can be transported as checked baggage and not in the cabin. Cost will be charged as per checked baggage.

In case of checked baggage, the following conditions will be included:
Baggage from the USA to India : While travelling with the infants, passenger is allowed to carry one piece which should be less than 23 kg and 115cm dimension.
Flights to and from all other destinations: The limit should not exceeds 10kgs with dimension 115cm.
You are allowed to carry one piece which should not exceed the limit of 10kgs and the following dimension of 20*15*10 inch during travelling with your infant.
Infants and children travelling on a child fare will be eligible for the same baggage allowance as adults.
The boarding facility will include indoor playing area and baby strollers.
Children between the age of 5 to 15 years are eligible to travel alone.

Baggage Allowance For Minors:
The Airlines will provide priority benefits at the time of check-in, Baggage Collection, Boarding, Immigration and other Facilities during Arrival an Departure.

If you have to face any damage or loss or incurred any expense because of late delivery of your baggage, then the airlines will compensate by refunding your reasonable and necessary expense.

Excess Baggage Policy:
Things to keep in mind if you are carrying an extra baggage with you.
The checked baggage must not exceed the limit of 32kgs and the dimensions should be less than 158.cm in length, breadth and height.

From and To USA: 24 hours prior to departure for flights to/from the US.
For Others: 36hours prior to departure for all other flights.
Mobile Check-in:
Passengers should check-in online between 36 hours and 90 min prior to departure.
Counter Check-in or Check-in at the Airport:
Counter Check-in opens 3 hours before the departure and closes one hour prior to departure.
