Labeled as India’s second biggest airline, with respect to market share, Spicejet Airlines launched an eye-popping scheme in which fliers will get air tickets as cheap as Rs 499. This fare scheme is a limited period offer available on domestic network and is named as the ‘Early Bird’.
It’s a three-day deal which will start the bookings procedure from 1st September ’14 with flight tickets available between the days 16th January ’15 to 24th October ’15. The flight rates priced at Rs 499 will be including fuel surcharges that do not include statutory taxes and fees.
In the release report, the officials said that such an offer will help enhancing the sales as with low airfares people can plan their holiday pretty much in advance. The Chief Commercial Officer at Spicejet stated that on observing an increase in the number of air travelers in recent times, the Early Bird sale too will boost these numbers more. It will encourage more and more customers to take up the scheme and plan their holiday well in advance.
You can avail the deal on all means, including direct i.e. via or connecting flights on Spicejet’s domestic network. A week earlier, Kalanithi Maran spoke about the budget of Spicejet Airline and announced this deal to provide the customers with flights having a starting price from Rs 1,888 across its domestic destinations.
The Spicejet Airline operates more than 340 daily flights to 49 destinations, including 41 Indian and 8 international ones.
