Notification of delays and cancellations –

Tripbeam will periodically updates the status of the flight on the flight information screen. The representatives of the Tripbeam will provide you with the information and to the customers in the aircraft if anything happens such as delays, diversions or cancellations. We also advised our customers to subscribe to the notification of flight status.

Getting Rebooked –

If your journey requires rebooking of the flight because of cancellation or delayed situation, our team will give their best to confirm your seat on the next available flight. You can find our seat using the original confirmation number.If you want to rebook yourself in another flight, then you can do the following things –

  • If you have checked in, then you need to wait for another flight that depart in another 24 hours
  • You have the option to change your flight only, if you have not checked in
  • If you are not able to rebooked, you can contact our customer support team at any time

Refund Policy -

If any problem such as air traffic control problems, bad weather conditions or any mechanical issue arises, you are eligible to request for a refund on your ticket. In such situation, you need to submit a refund request.

However, if flight is delayed for three hours or more, and you want to cancel or postponed your plan, you are requiring letting us know first. Penalties charges may be abandon, applied on your tickets.
